| The LFI TT Series is a self contained positive pressure system designed to provide a clean Class 100 or better area for critical components. Constructed of all stainless steel available in 304 or 361 L, the TT series system is perfect for creating a clean mini environment within a larger room. It is designed to recirculate the ambient room air through a prefilter then a HEPA or ULPA filter to achieve the Class 100 or Class 10 conditions. Plexiglas side panels allow full view as well as an optional teardrop light separately switched.
The TT series is completely modular and is assembled in minutes at your site with basic tools. The main blower housing is a quiet self-contained unit that is shipped pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115v, 15 amp outlet. The entire system does not use any more than 8 amps, other voltages and electrical configurations are available.
The all welded perforated stainless steel table is available in 30" or 36" height, the available Ergo-Lift™ height adjustment system, exclusive to Laminar Flow Inc., adjusts the height a full 7" to accommodate different height of users. Available locking clean room castors or sanitary leg levelers are standard.
Gel Seal Filtration:
LFI utilizes state of the art Gel Seal Filters changeable roomside. Protected behind a removable perforated stainless steel screen, the Gel Seal System provides a new gel seal every time a new filter is installed. This assures a leak free seal every time.
Controls:
Available controls include Minihelic, Magnahelic, ot Photohelic gauges and low pressure alarms, audible and visual. Total amp draw depends on size and voltage. Electrical specifications available w/ power cord include 115V, 208/220, 277V single or three phase 50/60 Hz.
