| LFI Battery Operated Lamaport |

Designed to transport products in a cleanroom environment, class 10 or class 100. (0.12 or 0.3 Microns) Horizontal flow of air at 90 FPM adjustable. Complete with a self-contained rechargeable battery pack. Run time is from one (1) hour to four (4) hours depending on size of the unit.
An easily removable gel seal HEPA or ULPA filter is utilized. Rated at 99.99%, these filters contain the gel around the perimeter. The knife-edge is welded onto the system allowing new gel with each filter change assuring a leak tight seal. |

Construction
The LFI Lamaport systems are built to specification and are constructed completely of 304 or 316L #4 16ga stainless steel. Electropolishing and passivating is available. All seams are welded on the interior utilizing welded panelized construction, which assures a leak free environment.
Battery Pack/Charger System
The self contained battery and charger system is designed for continuous use. The system does not need to be fully discharged before recharging can occur. This self contained system has battery warning indicators which will allow approximately 5 minutes of additional run time. The yellow indicating light will illuminate along with an audible alarm. This leaves the user ample time to locate a standard 115V/10 Amp outlet for recharging. While the system is operating on AC, it will also recharge. It automatically switches from DC to AC operation as soon as it is plugged in. Indicator lights show the progress of the recharging until it is complete. This system cannot be overcharged, it may remain on AC current until ready to use on DC.
Recharging
The system will automatically start to recharge once plugged into a 115V/10 Amp receptacle. If the battery has indicated the 5 minute warning time the approximate recharge time will be 3-4 hours. This time is dependent upon the size and run time requirements and may vary.

Configuration/Maintenance
The battery pack and recharge system is housed in a separately sealed compartment within the Lamaport. Utilizing an easy roll out tray, the battery system may be easily accessed for maintenance. Full instructions and manuals are supplied. We recommend replacement of the batteries every 12 months to assure optimum run time.
Controls
The LFI Lamaport is complete with on/off switches for the motor blower, low pressure audible and visual alarms, and low voltage warning lights & audible alarms. All controls are UL approved or listed. Configuration All LFI Lamaports are custom configured to your requirements. Special trays, tray compartments and overall sizes are available and are adaptable to your specific existing needs.
