Gowning Benches – SGB Series These cleanroom benches are constructed from 16 gauge type 304 series stainless steel. Seating height is 18" above finished floor. 12" wide seats have rounded front and back edges for comfort. Seat sides are flat and turned down on a 90º angle for alignment with walls or additional units. Unique rainbow legs allow for even distribution of weight load.

Gowning Benches – PGB Series All NEW perforated top gowning benches are ideal for gowning areas, which require increased laminar air flow. These units have a 45% of open space to allow for unobstructed laminar air flow. 3/8" perforations are punched on 1/2" centers. All other features and accessories are identical to the SGB series bench.

Garment Racks – FSG Series Free-standing garment racks are constructed from 16 gauge type 304 series stainless steel tubing. Space saving design allows for a 24" width. Hanger locators are scored on 2" increments to provide maximum storage capacity for cleanroom apparel. Each unit comes with twelve electropolished close looped hangers, which slide onto the hanger bar during assembly.

Garment Racks – WR Series Wall mounted garment racks are constructed from 16 gauge type 304 series stainless steel tubing. Use these units for areas requiring free floor space. Each unit comes with stainless steel wall flanges for wall mounting. Sturdy tubular design allows maximum air flow.

Stainless Steel Tables – STS Series STS tables are ideal for pharmaceutical plants and other operations requiring stainless steel tables in the production area. These solid top tables with undershelves are constructed with 14 gauge type 304 series stainless steel tops and 18 gauge type 304 series stainless steel undershelves.

Perforated Top Worktables – PTH Series Choose these perforated top worktables constructed from 16 gauge type 304 series stainless steel for cleanrooms with a Class 1-100 rating. The front and rear edge of each table has a die formed rolled edge for worker comfort. 45% open space increases laminar air flow. 3/8" perforations are punched on 1/2" centers.

Table Mounted Shelving – TS Series 16 gauge type 304 series stainless steel solid shelving mount with stainless steel tubing through table top to maintain overall dimensions of table. Adjustable shelving is supplied with 60" tubes as standard. Front of shelves are rounded, with a 1 1/2" turn-up on rear edge. Custom height requirements, electropolishing and additional side turn-ups available.

Table Mounted Perforated Shelving – TSP Series Perforated shelving has 3/8" holes on 1/2" centers providing 45% open space for increased laminar airflow. All other features and accessories are identical to solid shelving.

Solid Top Worktables – STH Series Choose these solid top worktables constructed from16 gauge type 304 series stainless steel for cleanrooms with a Class 100-100,000 rating. Sturdy solid tops are reinforced with welded stainless steel hat channels. The front and rear edge of each table has a die formed rounded edge for worker comfort.

Stainless Steel Tables – STST Series STST series tables have a stainless steel top and rear cross bracing understructure. All other features and accessories are identical to the STS series.

LFI Workcenter The LFI Workcenter constructed of 316L stainless steel #4 finish features a sloped workdeck and a spacious 23"W x 23"D x 45/8"H drawer that is lockable. Sanitary levelers are adjustable a full 1". A sturdy 11/2" square support stand is available. A wall bracket for wall mount constructed of welded tubing is available.

Enclosed Base Worktables with Sliding Doors – BS Series Enclosed base worktables with sliding doors are constructed with a 14 gauge type 304 series stainless steel top and an 18 gauge type 304 series stainless steel body. Top has a 1 5/8" sanitary rolled rim on front edge for worker comfort. Sides and rear edge are flat and turned down on a 90 degree angle for alignment with walls or additional equipment.

Enclosed Base Worktables with Hinged Doors – BH Series Enclosed base worktable with hinge doors are constructed with a 14 gauge type 304 series stainless steel top and an 18 gauge type 304 series stainless steel body. Top has a 1 5/8" sanitary rolled rim on front edge for worker comfort. Sides and rear edge are flat and turned down on 90 degree angle for alignment with walls or additional equipment.

Mid Shelves and Undershelves Constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel.

Wall Shelving – WS Series WS shelves are furnished with a 1 1/2" sanitary downward roiled rim with a 1" turn-up on sides and rear. Shelf and bracket are die stamped and constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel. Unit is easily assembled employing a slip-fit design. Units ship knocked down. Hardware for wall mounting not provided.

LFI GH/SH Series Laminar Flow Inc. introduces the GH/SH Series of HEPA filtered garment cabinets. This series of garment cabinets has been engineered and designed with over 37 years of expertise in the industry. Constructed of heavy gauge 316L stainless steel, it has been designed to withstand normal daily use while still maintaning an aesthetically pleasing design. The double wall construction and double framed doors with clear acrylic, lexan or even laminated safety glass assures reliability and long life. The unique integral motor blower system provides provides a quiet constant supply of ISO Class 5 air at 90 FPM. through a 99.99% gel seal HEPA filter. The unique filtering system allows the HEPA to changeable from within the cabinet. All UL electrical components are utilized and wired in accordance to UL & NEMA guidelines.

LFI Wall Cabinets – WC Series Stainless steel wall cabinets have a welded mid shelf and sloping top. Units are constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel. Hardware for wall-mounting not provided.

LFI Flow-Thru Storage Cabinet – FTC Series Floor standing storage cabinet features all 316L stainless steel construction. A sloped perforated top and perforated shelves ensure free airflow throughout the cabinet. Adjustable shelving is standard and allows for maximum storage flexibility. Shelves are also available without perforations depending upon storage requirements. A full length view panel window is standard in each door.

LFI Combination Garment Cabinet – GC Series This unit combines the features of the LFI Garment Cabinet with the flexibility of a convenient hanging rod to maximize garment storage options. 316L stainless steel construction, reinforced doors.

LFI Garment Cabinet – G Series Floor standing cabinet features a five shelf design to accommodate clean room garments. 316L stainless steel construction provides a stable, attractive and easy-to-clean cabinet. Full length doors offer accessibility. Available with keylock handle.

LFI File Cabinet Unique design allows for all 316L stainless steel paneled construction with all welds ground smooth pulling drawers. Stainless steel rollers are utilized to eliminate shedding of roller material and provide effortless, quiet operation. Two and four drawer units are available. The unique drawer design eliminates the need to use a separate hanging file frame.

Mobile Drawer Cabinet – MDC Series Choose these mobile drawer cabinets to complete two tasks - as a sanitary storage unit and as a mobile workstation. Unit tops are constructed from 14 gauge type 304 series stainless steel and feature a die embossed countertop edge to prevent spills. Standard working height is 35 1/2". Three large capacity drawers have ball bearing slides for easy mobility.

Utility Cart Our new utility cart is constructed from heavy gauge stainless steel. 4" casters provide easy mobility. Each unit has three die formed shelves with countertop edges on all sides. Clearance between shelves is 9 7/8". Top shelf measures 28 5/8" above floor. Weight capacity 400 lbs. Units ship knocked down and assemble with provided hardware.
