Continuous welds that are ground smooth eliminating gaps in corners and joints. These durable carts are designed to withstand daily autovclaving and the daily abuse they are commonly given. Autoclaveable durable heavy duty casters assure long life and repeat performance. All carts are custom designed, engineered and manufactured to customer requirements based on load, size and weight requirements. The advanced design allows for storage and cleaning of the trays within one cart.

The carts pictured were custom fabricated for a leading parenteral drug manufacturer after 18 months in design and engineering adapting the carts to the customer's specific requirements, taking into account space constraints while trying to maximize the capacity of the carts LFI was able to respond successfully to all requirements necessary for the client's successful implementation of the process.
